Shipping policy

Shipping zones

We currently ship to France and the United States.
For deliveries to the United States, customs duties or import taxes may be charged on delivery by the authorities of the destination country. These are payable by the customer.

Delivery times

Delivery time depends on the destination country. It may be longer during busy periods (sales, holiday season) or during customs clearance. Your order will be delivered no later than 30 days after it is placed.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free to France and the United States.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Multiple parcels

If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Late, lost or damaged parcel

If your parcel has not arrived 15 business days after shipping, or if it arrives damaged, email us at contact@movexgear.com with your order number (and a photo if it is damaged). We will resend the product or refund you.

Incorrect address

Please check your address before placing your order. A parcel returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address may be reshipped at your expense.
