The Movex™ loop bands let you work out at home, at the park or while traveling. Use them to warm up, add resistance to squats, assist pull-ups or train at home.
- 5 resistance levels: each color is a different resistance level, from 10 to 30 lb (4.5 to 13.6 kg), from beginner to advanced.
- Durable latex: made for regular use. Check the band before each workout.
- Full-body training: glutes, legs, arms, shoulders, back and core.
- Lightweight and portable: take them to the park, the gym or on vacation.
