14 days to change your mind
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return an item, without having to give a reason.
How to return an item
- Email us at contact@movexgear.com with your order number and the items concerned (or use the form below).
- We confirm by email that we have received your request.
- Send the items back within 14 days of your request, in their original packaging if possible, to: Movex Gear – Robinson DE LOS SANTOS CHALAS, 2 Allée des Commerces, 95210 Saint-Gratien, France. We recommend a tracked shipping method.
Conditions
Items must be complete, undamaged and in resalable condition. For hygiene reasons, items worn against the skin (knee braces, sleeves) must be returned clean. Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the item is defective or does not match your order.
Refunds
We refund you within 14 days of your request, using the same payment method as your order. The refund may be delayed until we receive the items or proof that they have been shipped. The original shipping costs are refunded based on standard delivery.
Defective or wrong item
Send us a photo of the problem with your order number: we will replace the item or refund you, and we cover the return costs. You benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
