We never have access to your bank details: payments are processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal and Klarna.
Recipients
Your data is only shared with the service providers we need: Shopify (hosting and store), payment providers, carriers and suppliers in charge of shipping, email tools and, if you agree, advertising tools (Meta, TikTok, Google). We never sell your data.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some service providers may process data outside the EU (in particular in the United States or in Asia for shipping). These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision).
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, object to, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to set instructions for what happens to your data after your death. To exercise these rights: contact@movexgear.com. We reply within one month.
You can file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Security
We take technical and organisational measures to protect your data (encrypted HTTPS connection, restricted access).
